This 2400SFT three bedroom residence of a couple needed to be renovated on a tight budget. We decluttered the entire space and gave it a good mix of serene- white space and pops of color to add brightness. The white walls and Kota floor act as a canvas for other details to shine through. The staircase wall that had worn out due to water damage was redone completely to house a full-height window, bringing in plenty of light into the house. We designed a larger and functional kitchen with grey oxide countertops, adding a bit more drama to the space. We also kept the furnishings to a minimum because we wanted to ensure the space was peaceful and restful, not crowded.
